LED spherical screen is a new type of display equipment, its main components include:

LED module: composed of a number of LED lamp beads arranged, is the basic unit of display image.

Spherical bracket: used to support and fix the LED module, so that it forms a spherical structure.

Control system: including control card, processor, etc., for receiving and processing video signals.

Power system: Provides stable power supply for LED modules and control system.

Heat dissipation system: Use the fan or heat sink to ensure that the device maintains a proper temperature during operation.

The following are recommendations for spherical screen models:

  1. Viewing distance

Close viewing: If the viewing distance is relatively close, such as in indoor environments or places where the audience is close to the screen, it is recommended to use the P2 or P3 model, which can provide a clearer and more delicate display effect to meet the high requirements for close viewing.

Medium and long distance viewing: For scenes with moderate viewing distances, such as small outdoor displays or medium-scale indoor Spaces, P5 or P6 models are more suitable, ensuring a certain clarity while also taking into account the balance of cost and display effect.

Long-distance viewing: when the viewing distance is far, such as large outdoor advertising display, P8, P10 models can be used as a choice, although the pixel density is relatively low, the display effect is not so fine, but still can present a more complete and clear picture at a distance, and the cost is relatively low and more economical.

  1. Sphere diameter

Small diameter sphere (within 2 meters) : The sphere diameter is small, the pixel density and clarity requirements are high, it is recommended to use P2 P3 model, can present high quality image and text content on the limited sphere surface area.

Medium diameter spheres (2 m – 5 m) : For spheres of this size, P4, P5, P6 models are more suitable choices. They can not only ensure the display effect to a certain extent, but also adapt to the size of the sphere and the viewing distance of the audience, achieving a better balance between cost and display performance.

Large diameter ball (6-10 meters) : the ball diameter is large, P6, P8, P10 models are more suitable. This can reduce the cost of investment on the premise of ensuring the legibility of the screen, and also meet the needs of the large-size sphere for the display area and visual effects.

Very large diameter sphere (more than 10 meters) : P10 model is recommended. Because the sphere is large and the viewing distance is usually far, the P10 model can meet the basic display requirements, and has more advantages in cost control, if you choose a smaller model, the cost will increase significantly, and the improvement of the display effect may not be obvious when viewing from a distance.
